THANK YOU NICU
Welcome to our fundraising event in aid of Southmead Hospital NICU.
The event was an evening of music for all on 29th February 2020 at 7:30pm in the Tickenham Village Hall.
We raised over £4000 !
We are delighted to announce that the event has raised a total of £4,203.34 to support the work of Southmead's NICU .

A big thank you to the performers, the audience and everyone who helped in any way to make the event such a success. We more than doubled our fundraising target for the event.
​
The proceeds are now with the Hospital Trust and they have sent me a lovely thank you letter, which you can read at this link.

My amazing granddaughter was born 9 weeks early weighing only 710gms (1.5lbs). She is now a thriving two-year-old thanks to the dedication and skill of the Southmead Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) staff and facilities, working under difficult funding conditions.
There are many ways in which additional funding could improve the experience for both parents and babies alike. I have always had a passion for music and this is my way of giving something back to those who supported my family through such a difficult time.

Your generosity can make a difference.
Musical talent from across North Somerset will take to the stage including a young singer-songwriter, a soloist, a vocal group, a piano/cello duo, local bands and the hugely uplifting Rock Choir.
Original music will be performed alongside popular covers from a range of genres including popular, classical, films, shows and country.
​
All profit from the event will go to support Southmead NICU via the Southmead Hospital Trust. There will be a short talk on the work of NICU at the event from a representative of the Trust.
​
At the time of booking there will be an opportunity to make an additional donation over and above the ticket price.
